Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused mountain bikes and equipment in their original packaging. Please note that items showing signs of trail wear or damage are not eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place all components back into the original shipping crate with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
